Our founder, a licensed counselor and seasoned healthcare strategist, launched CaroVista after a decade spent navigating the complexities of behavioral health, public systems, and community-rooted care. Over the years, she witnessed what happens when organizations try to grow without centering the very people they rely on—staff, clients, communities. Burnout rises. Trust erodes. Progress stalls.
CaroVista was created to shift that narrative.

I started CaroVista not because I had all the answers, but because I had been deep in the work—shoulder to shoulder with teams trying to do good work in systems not designed for them to thrive. I’ve worked in clinical rooms and conference rooms, in front of whiteboards and community town halls. And everywhere I went, I kept hearing the same thing in different words: “We care about the people, but the way we work doesn’t always reflect that.”
That stayed with me.
I built this practice for leaders and teams who are heart-forward but exhausted. For organizations who need clarity without coldness, strategy without rigidity. I believe the best plans come from listening well and building with—not for—your people. And I believe organizations deserve support that honors both their mission and their messiness.
